How Kynoa collects, uses and protects personal data.

Draft for legal review. This page outlines the intended policy and is not yet a binding document. Items in [square brackets] need to be completed.

Last updated: [date]. This policy is issued by Kynoa Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. ("Kynoa", "we").

What we collect

  • Website visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not set advertising cookies.
  • Demo bookings: name, work email and company, collected by our scheduling provider (Calendly) when you book a call.
  • Enterprise customers: workforce data you share under contract, processed only for the purposes in that contract.
  • Professionals using Resume Targeting: the profile and resume details you choose to provide, with your consent.

How we use it

To provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, and produce aggregated market statistics. Personal identifiers are hashed and grouped (no group smaller than 50 people) before data is used for modelling.

What we never do

We do not sell individual-level personal data. Enterprise customers only ever see aggregated, anonymised market data about people who are not their employees.

Where data is stored

Personal data is stored in India on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Erasure requests are completed within 48 hours. Contact our Grievance Officer at [privacy email].
